I would highly recommend “The Fundamentals and More of EAP/EFAP” course to any counsellor who wants to increase their understanding of EAP services. From the videos, readings, case studies, and homework feedback, all these activities provided a full understanding of the history, the methods and the focus of providing EAP services. The information was provided in a clear step-wise fashion that made the learning easy and accessible.
